Common Topics

Account & Login

  • Forgot your password? Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen to reset it.
  • Locked out of your account? Contact your group administrator or email us.
  • Face ID / Touch ID not working? Ensure biometric authentication is enabled in your device Settings.

Schedule & Shifts

  • Your schedule is updated in real time. Pull down to refresh on the Schedule tab.
  • To request time off, go to the Vacation tab and submit a new request.
  • Coverage requests and available shifts appear in the Available Shifts tab.

Time Tracking

  • Clock in and out from the Time tab. Entries sync automatically.
  • To correct a time entry, contact your facility administrator.
  • Compensation details are available in the Compensation tab.

Notifications

  • Enable push notifications in your device Settings to receive schedule alerts.
  • You can manage notification preferences within the app.
  • If notifications stop working, try signing out and back in.

Mobile App

  • The Equinox app requires iOS 15.0 or later.
  • Keep the app updated to the latest version for the best experience.
  • If the app is unresponsive, try closing and reopening it.

Urgent Issues

For urgent scheduling issues that affect patient care, contact your facility coordinator directly. The Equinox platform is a scheduling and operations tool and should not be used for medical emergencies. In case of a medical emergency, call 911.
